HOW IT WORKS
Formats of the Dialogue
GAVCDD works on five levels, so that decisions made on the main stage are informed by the field and carried into diplomacy.
| Format | What happens |
|---|---|
| Main Stage | The inaugural session, three technical sessions and the valedictory session, open to all delegates and the media. |
| Leaders’ Roundtables | Small closed-door conversations for ministers, heads of institutions, international organisations and the diplomatic community, held under the Chatham House Rule. |
| Road to Delhi | Pre-Dialogue consultations with FPOs, cooperatives, women farmers’ groups and state institutions, feeding the GeoAgri Report and the Declaration. |
| Ambassadors’ Briefing | A short briefing for the diplomatic community in New Delhi on the agenda and opportunities for international partnership. |
| Digital Dialogue | Live streaming of main-stage sessions, with session summaries published after the event. |
