Registration of the official delegations of participating States is handled by the Protocol and Liaison Service through the online eRegistration system, which is available through the e-deleGATE portal (https://edelegate.un.int ).

- Pre-Registration Closes: 13 November 2026
- Online Onsite registration in Abu Dhabi opens: 3 December 2026
To register for the Conference, official delegations will need to coordinate with the designated eRegistration focal points of their respective permanent or observer mission in New York, who have access to the eRegistration system. It will be possible to request registration on-site in Abu Dhabi for those categories, but the request will need to be submitted through the respective permanent or observer mission in New York through the online eRegistration system and will take two days for review and processing.
