Member NGOs deliver literacy and skilling where formal institutions are thin; CNRI connects this to national skilling and education missions and builds its own knowledge institutions, including a proposed Centre of Excellence for Cooperatives at a leading university. This capability-building is how CSRNAM incubates a resilient, aware civil society.
