CNRI encourages all members to renew before their expiry date to ensure uninterrupted access to member services, institutional representation and participation in national and international initiatives. Renewal is available to existing members whose membership is nearing expiry or has recently expired, subject to CNRI’s Membership Policy and Code of Ethics.
Documents & Information Required
Keep the following ready to make renewal smooth:
- Membership ID / Registration Number and name of the organisation or individual.
- Updated contact details and the name and designation of the authorised representative.
- Updated organisational profile and latest Registration Certificate (if amended).
- PAN and GST details (where applicable) and FCRA details (if applicable).
- Brief report of activities since the last renewal; latest Annual Report (recommended).
- Audited financial statements or annual accounts (where applicable).
Renewal Process — Step by Step
- Log in to the CNRI Member Portal using your Membership ID and registered email/mobile.
- Review and update your organisation’s profile and contact information.
- Upload revised or renewed statutory documents, if applicable.
- Verify your membership category and renewal period.
- Complete the online payment through the secure payment gateway.
- Submit the renewal application for verification.
- On successful verification, receive a digitally signed Renewal Certificate, Membership Card and Payment Receipt.
