Sardar Charan Jeet Singh is a Founder Member of the Confederation of NGOs of Rural India (CNRI) and has been associated with the organization since its inception, contributing significantly to its growth as one of India’s leading platforms for voluntary organizations. A committed social leader with a deep understanding of grassroots development, he has dedicated himself to strengthening community institutions, promoting social welfare, and supporting inclusive rural development initiatives.
As National Vice President and Himachal Pradesh State Coordinator of CNRI, Sardar Charan Jeet Singh provides leadership in expanding the organization’s presence, building partnerships with civil society organizations, and advancing programmes that improve the socio-economic well-being of rural communities. He is actively engaged in promoting cooperative values, community participation, youth engagement, and sustainable development, while strengthening the network of NGOs across Himachal Pradesh and beyond.
