As Regional Vice Chairman and State Coordinator – Kerala of CNRI, Dr. Jayalakshmi is committed to strengthening partnerships among NGOs, cooperatives, academic institutions, and grassroots organizations. She actively promotes rural development, women’s empowerment, cooperative leadership, livelihood enhancement, and capacity-building initiatives to foster inclusive and sustainable development across Kerala and the southern region of India.
