Rajesh Lamba is a distinguished internal security and cyber security expert with an exceptional record of service in the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), one of India’s premier paramilitary forces. As a Deputy Commandant, he led CRPF battalions in some of the nation’s most challenging operational theatres, including Jammu & Kashmir during one of the most critical phases of insurgency and terrorism. Leading from the front, he commanded personnel in high-risk counter-terrorism and internal security operations, demonstrating exemplary courage, operational excellence, and an unwavering commitment to safeguarding the sovereignty and integrity of the nation.

Following his distinguished service in the CRPF, he held a senior executive position at Punjab National Bank, where he further developed expertise in governance, cyber security, financial risk management, and institutional leadership.

Today, Rajesh Lamba is actively engaged in advancing financial and economic security, cyber resilience, and national capacity-building. He contributes to public awareness and institutional preparedness on emerging security challenges, including aspects of fourth-generation warfare such as cyber threats, information security, economic resilience, and hybrid risks. Through his leadership, he continues to work at the intersection of national security, economic stability, and community empowerment.

As Co-Chairman and State President of CNRI, Haryana, he is committed to strengthening grassroots institutions, promoting sustainable rural development, and fostering partnerships that create resilient, secure, and self-reliant communities.
